Gift Closet Ministry: Can you help?
Purpose: To supply birthday presents to those in need
The Church of the Nazarene is reaching out to the community in Newberg by supplying birthday gifts to families who can not afford to buy one. By meeting this need we are able to share the Love of Christ to individuals and families in our community. God blesses us as a church for listening to him and serving Him. Anyone that would like to join this ministry team.
The gift closet is very low on men’s and women’s gifts! Our church has this outreach to the community to make a difference in the lives of people. We have the privilege of blessing others and sharing the love of Christ through giving birthday gifts. They need to be NEW and around $10.00.
Good items to donate are gift cards to local grocery stores and restaurants. For more information see Tami Herrick or Carrie Nichols.
